Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

OpsCalculators.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by MAFHH INTERNATIONAL LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a technology and data publishing company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, who processes it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors in the United States and worldwide. 2. The data your calculators produce never leaves your device

Our calculators are built with client-side JavaScript. When you enter production data, cost figures, cycle times, or any other input, the math runs on your own device. There are no network requests that carry your inputs, nothing is written to a database, and nothing is retained once you close or refresh the tab. Downloaded PDF reports are generated locally in your browser.

3. Information we do collect

• Server log files. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data: IP address (for security and abuse prevention), browser type, operating system, referring page, and the pages requested with a timestamp. Logs are retained for up to 90 days and are not linked to any personal profile.
• Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not sell this information.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which calculators are used most so we can improve them. It records pages viewed and approximate country or region, never the values you type.
• Advertising cookies. We may display third-party advertising (for example, Google AdSense), which can set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and opt-out links.

4. Information we never collect

We never collect the operational or financial values you enter into a calculator, your name (unless you email us), payment or bank details, government identifiers, or precise geolocation.

5. Third parties

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers: Google (Analytics and, where shown, AdSense) and our managed hosting provider (Rocket.net). We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for their own marketing.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal data). California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA. To exercise any right, email support@opscalculators.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Children

OpsCalculators.com is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

8. Data security and retention

The Site is served over HTTPS. Our client-side architecture is itself a privacy measure, since your inputs never reach a server. Server logs are kept up to 90 days and contact messages up to 24 months. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we handle.

9. Changes to this policy

We update the “Last updated” date above when this policy changes materially. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
